6 Minute Original Animation
Project Overview
A brand new animation that will be COMPLETED within the next 24 hours.
All that is needed is your voice talent. We have used voices from Amazon Polly as place holders. It gives you a feel of how things will flow, but Polly is a computer voice. So it speaks fast with no voice inflection, pauses, and other things that make voice acting so important.
Due to the speed of this project, we need professionals who can deliver TODAY. That is because we need to refine animations, sound design, and some post-production tomorrow.
So here are the basic points of what is required for you.
-This is a full buyout contract. We want you to give us a price and also mention if it is negotiable.
-The audio must be clean. We don’t have any time to do even the smallest audio cleanup.
-Payment will be made via Paypal.
-You will need to read through the script for each character and watch the video. We may have missed parts of the script to be posted. We are moving at light speed, so we may have overlooked posting text.
-Adlib is okay. We are open to the actor breathing life into the character.
-Again double-check the script after us.
-The Timing does not have to exact. Just close enough as we tinker with length.
-We need delivery TODAY
-There are six speaking characters in the script. 3 characters are in the storybook portion of the animation. We may choose to have the story section spoken by one person. So the Voice Over, Quirk, and Little Girl would be spoken together by a single actor. We would only take this option if the voice artist has a real storyteller aspect. Compensation would be adjusted accordingly.
Okay, now you know the basics, lets get the ball rolling. THANKS for reading everything

Teacher – Jovial young man with exuberance in his voice – He has a smile with his voice inflections and really gets excited about what he teaches.
Full Script Text
On this world, the people divide themselves by the color of the skin,
where they were born, and which philosophy they believe to be the
absolute truth. During their age of darkness on this world, hope
was difficult to find. Christmas was a popular holiday for many
people there. A celebration filled with happiness and joy for both
young and old.
Your project is to write a Christmas story in your greeting card.
We will share your stories with students on space station 99.
I brought plenty of supplies so paper and envelopes. You can make
greetings just like they did on this other world.
The full script is posted below. You can use any set of lines for your audition.
The Rocketman brings happiness and joy to the children on the space station. I imagine the voice to be soft yet comforting. Note, that the Rocketman is responding to a question from a child.
Everyone does not have to choose hope. It starts with only one person who can bring light of hope to the whole universe.
A sweet child filled with wonder. It is possible that this character and the voice over may be combined.
Whatever happened to that world. Did everyone choose to have hope?
Girl – Sweet and innocent at times, but can have a take-charge personality when necessary. She is definitely wise far beyond her years. An old soul in a young body.
Full Script
Little Girl
Because I have no hope. No one has hope. It is all gloom.
There is no hope for the future.
Little Girl
Because… Because I have slept Christmas.
Little Girl
It’s not about the presents under the tree. It’s about the present
to the world of baby Jesus. It’s a day where we all stop and think
about this gift to everyooonnneee. That is what makes Christmas
so special. With a gift that special, you always know there is
hope for the future.
Any text from the below script can be submitted.
Quirk – A sad and lonely man who feels that no one loves him. He spends his time alone, wondering what has gone wrong in his life. Preference for a mature voice that does not have a fake accent (i.e., German). Preference for a mature voice with a touch of softness.
Any text from the script below can be used.
Voice Over - This is a young boy who is reading/acting the story in the animation. He is full of life and really brings the story alive. This role has the potential to be expanded. The roles of Quirk and the Little Girl in the story could be voice acted by the person. Quirk having a false gruff deep voice and the Little Girl having an unique voice for the story.
The expansion of this role would really depend on how strong of a storyteller a voice actor can be. Payment would be increased accordingly.
Voice Over
All around the world, people are celebrating Christmas. Christmas
is a holiday that brings cheer to people every year. But not
everyone is happy with this joyous season.
Voice Over
This brings us to the story of a man named Quirk. He is a
man of science, a scientist who never understands why
people put so much energy into this holiday called Christmas
Voice Over
He sits in his laboratory all day wondering why people would
be so interested in being friends and family on such a silly day.
Voice Over
One day in his laboratory, Quick decides to change everything.
He will make Christmas go away. No longer will he have to face
Carolers. No longer would he have to deal with the decorations
and designs littering building sides. He will fix all of that.
He starts to devise a way to end Christmas forever. It will
be hard to get people to stop celebrating Christmas, but what if….
…. what if the day just did not exist.
Voice Over
Feeling satisfied with his grand accomplishment, Quirk decides
to retire to his bed. He fell off into a deep sleep, satisfied that
no one will ever have to deal with that silly Christmas day anymore.
Voice Over
Quirk just realized that what he took away was not a day for
presents. But he had taken away the most precious present ever
given to humanity - the Christmas gift of Hope. For the birth of the tiny baby, Jesus gave all humans hope for the future. A hope that keeps the world strong, and I hope that sustains us. Even during the darkest times, there is that flicker of hope
Voice Over
The town’s people did not get angry. One person exclaimed from the crowd. “Can we use this for Tax Day?” The crowd laughed. They started to sing a Christmas song. They all gathered around, throwing their arms around him, and began to sing. Everyone was happy.
Voice Over
For the first time in many years, he felt truly happy. This Christmas was not about presents, decorated trees, and old songs. It was about giving gifts we cannot see. It was about a gift of a baby boy. It was about the gift of loving each other. It was about the gift of friendship. It is the gift of a baby named Jesus. The very first hope of Christmas that changed his life and yours too.
