✧ About Me ✧
✧ Moon started her artistic journey very young. Her mom became an author when Moon was young and Moon illustrated her mom's second book (and still illustrates her mom's books today). Art really sparked her interest when she started watching anime. Anime made Moon very interested in drawing. She wanted to learn to draw so that she could draw her favorite anime characters. Ever since then she would draw while she watched anime and soon on September 5th 2020 she started her YouTube channel, Moon Lily Studio! But, at first it wasn't called Moon Lily Studio. It was called Art Class With Moon. Her YT channel was supposed to be a drawing channel but it turned into an animation channel and soon the name was changed. Moon taught herself how to draw and animate because it was hard for her to follow tutorials. Smaller Than The Rest was Moon's first series and gacha project. Now Moon has finished that series, started a new series and started more projects with the help of her amazing Voice Actors! Moon has so had many ups and downs with being an animator, artist, and youtuber... But her journey isn't over yet!

As a voice actor for one of Moon’s projects “Just Another Year Without You”, I can safely say her project is definitely one of my favorites. The script was straightforward and easy to understand, and the final quality of the video was amazing! I’d never worked with someone who used a frame by frame “animatic” (what I call it) style, so this was new to me but really cool. She is also a very kind director, and understands if others need extensions! I can confidently say that Moon is worthy of the love she receives.

There's no doubt that there is a beautiful mind behind Moon's creation. I was a voice actor for one of her projects, "Just Another Year Without You" and she's been an absolute treasure to have as a director. She's understanding, but straightforward with her team. That is an excellent trait to have as a director. I admire her ability to work on multiple things at once while respecting her health, time, and those around her. Though I played a small role in her wonderful, emotional creation, she's definitely a director to remember. Her quality is so unique and pretty, and quite frankly, overlooked and deserves so much more. She's able to put a whole new visual so much more interesting with not only the animation, but her understanding of perspective and the writing that goes into the characters that makes the project memorable. Highly recommend!
