Devin, is an outstanding voice actor. He truly does have a passion for voice acting and it shows through his work. He always takes the initiative for his lines, and notifies me when he is able to do lines. He always responses in a very timely fashion, and a lot quicker than I expect. He brings a lot of enthusiasm to me and the other voice actors, and is amazing to work with. I 100% recommend him for any of your projects that need a phenomenal voice actor!

This guy is an amazing underrated voice actor. Knows what he has to do, and how to do it. Very few little voice actors have I met in my time who can really show not only the passion, but the love and dedication to voicing a character. In my opinion, he is THE Joker actor. Can't talk more higher about this guy, Excited to work with him in the futures to come.

Devin here is great peer to work with on projects! He had lines recored in a fairly quick timespan, and communicated on when he'd be able to do the lines! Would definitely recommend him! And I will be asking him about joining future projects!

Devin is everything a creative director can ask for in a performer. Attentive, flexible, and most and foremost: reliable! There was not a single moment while working with him where I thought his submissions would negate any feedback I gave or that they'd be submitted late. He kept an open flow of communication with me and vise versa, and let me tell you, people like that are few and far in-between. You need Devin for any project your working on because he is truly one of a kind.

I wholeheartedly endorse Devin Lael Hartley for any voice acting endeavors. Although the fan-made project at the time required emulating a specific performance (Mark Hamill's Joker), I was impressed not only by his performance but also by his level of understanding and our communication, which led to some proper tweaking of my original draft. I emphasize the last part for anyone interested in building a character from the ground up and looking for a passionate talent who not only adapts and executes what he's asked but also seeks to enrich and deliver.
