Leary's Playground is an adult-animation oriented project. It follows the stories of several scientists working in secret in the abandoned basement sector of a research institute called the Foundation for Humanity's Betterment. Spearheaded by Dr. Bartholomew Leary, a disgraced and exiled scientist, the group of felons and misfits constrew strange and dangerous experiments, projects, and concepts through brutal regimes of experimentation for the sake of satisfying the doctor's estranged curiosity.

In this mock-up episode, a device entitled the Blood Angel, a device used to transfer a superhuman chemical into the body of a human being, is subject for examination by the secret service and it's overseer. However, there's one slight problem- this machine doesn't exist (yet). Scrambling for scraps, the group has to depart on a frantic crusade to attempt to satisfy the group in which funds their heresy.

The group consists of Leary- an estranged, hyper-intelligent, and creepy megalomaniac with an affinity for gadgets and invention, Spindleharken, an erratic and terrifyingly unpredictable freak of nature, standing at a horrible 8 feet tall with a notoriously broken body and a horrifying desire for violence, Dahlia, a lustrous and flirtatious woman who lurks upon the shoulder of Leary as his loyal companion, and Isaac, a cyborg who was adopted and forced to be the subject to the superhuman experimentation... and perhaps more, behind closed doors.

They're followed around by the hostage-topside scientist Terrence and his hologram former-human-companion Lucian (more lovingly dubbed Lucy).

Within this abandoned hellhole, what's the worst that can happen?
