Vacuous Villains is about a character named Blue, a glitchy anomaly who has joined the multiverse's team of villains, only to realize that he may have bitten off more than he could chew, as the team easily messes up jobs, is overall chaotic, and uncoordinated. They also have to watch their backs..They aren't the only villains in the multiverse, and its hard to do any evil when the King of Dreams, Zane and his team of Heroes are after them..
