K-pop Songs That Would Break the Honmoon in K-Pop Demon Hunters
What if your favorite K-pop song… destroyed the Honmoon? 🌓
In the world of K-pop Demon Hunters, the Honmoon is a magical golden barrier powered by K-pop idols' music — but only the right kind of music. Empowering songs protect and seal the Honmoon… but alluring, seductive, hypnotizing songs? Yeah, those break it.
So in today’s video, I’m sharing the K-pop songs I personally think would absolutely SHATTER the Honmoon. From Taemin’s dangerously beautiful “Guilty,” to the haunting fantasy of PURPLE KISS’s “Sweet Juice,” these are the tracks that pull you in, cloud your mind, and leave the Honmoon wide open for demon attacks.
This is my interpretation of how the music system works in K-pop Demon Hunters, based on how the film explained it — empowering music strengthens the Honmoon, while seductive music weakens it. But feel free to share your own thoughts in the comments! Do you agree with my picks? Which songs do you think would DESTROY the Honmoon? And should I make a part two featuring songs that would SEAL the Honmoon instead? 👀
Also yes, I’m still not over how Soojin could’ve been the 4th gen It Girl if that false scandal didn’t ruin everything. The power she had in I-DLE’s “Oh My God” still gives me chills.
