Released in 2013 with two versions: one using terms/pronunciations that are more in-line with the Japanese version and another following the modern crop of DB dubs (Kai and onwards). The link above only has audio files. Please mux with your own (preferably legally purchased) copy of the special. The Drive folder also includes bonus material: audio commentary featuring OmegaRockman and SEETHERSGIRL and actor thoughts from El Diabeetus and Mugen026 that were recorded for convention panels that the dub was shown at.
