AsherS

AsherS went above and beyond for his role of the character 'Sayume Kanmuri' in my project; one of three of, in my opinion, the most difficult, dynamic and expressive roles available due to the range of emotions and vocal intensity needed. He understood the character incredibly thoroughly - applying Sayume's backstory to his performance and bringing to life the subtle, interpersonal dynamics involved in dialogue through his astute observation of the intended characterisation - and even went as far as to record extra takes, experiment with various interpretations of dialogue in his own time, and at times sacrifice his voice from all the yelling present. Alongside his performative prowess, AsherS was extremely friendly and dedicated to getting the voice lines exactly as I wished, showing a professional yet enthusiastic attitude towards his acting, as well as regularly keeping me informed on when lines would be ready. Overall, a valuable talent retaining a great voice who will be a major asset to any production in the voice acting industry; I would gladly work with AsherS again!

It has been an absolute delight having Asher on the Wild Westly team. Asher has gone above and beyond to make the space for our cast and crew friendly and enjoyable and has also delivered nothing short of 110% (and then some) in every live recording session we have had. Asher has an insane range and a real dedication to developing the character(s) he plays, going as far as having notes on lore, behaviours, accents, and any tidbits of information he can find to aid in his performance.

If you have the pleasure of working with Asher, I would highly recommend having at least one live session with him. He is a delight to talk to and is great for bouncing ideas off of, even if they are just jokes between cast and crew. He is brilliant at finding different interpretations of a line's delivery and has honestly surprised both my co-writer and me with his willingness to spend time making each line perfect to both our and his own standards. 

This person did test reading for a project of mine. Not only did they complete everything as asked, they went above and beyond, dedicating time and effort into sharing opinions and giving very thorough critiques on both what we did well and what could use work, alongside suggestions for these changes. They were very professional, clarified to understand that they understood everything so they could do it correctly, and were incredibly kind and considerate to me whenever we communicated. I would gladly work with them again and recommend them for any other future roles!
