Seth Quine for Ciro Garza
BIO: Ciro is a natural born genius and former ONI researched. Scouted for secret work immediately after completing University, Garza abandoned the organization in disgust with it's motives and his own contributions to it. For years he wandered the outer colonies. Eventually he found semi-permanent residence on Iota and became the one and only true partner to Thiago, the Viper. Garza uses his advanced intellect and ability with technology to support their criminal en-devours.
PERSONALITY: Ciro is highly level headed compared to Thiago. He is a analytic master and is able to asses and evaluate situations and information with high accuracy. Similar to Thiago, he does what he does as a means to stay out of reach from the UNSC. His justification lies in the fact that his work for ONI was far more harmful (or potentially harmful) than anything he could do on Iota.
VOICE: Being an outlooking planner and naturally rational thinker, Cero's tone is often one of quiet resolve and factly confidence. He speaks with the understanding that his assumptions and assertions are true. Unlike Thiago he doesn't need the feel to boast or parade and usually only discloses info when needed.
(Informing/Answering/Casual) Well, the short answer is no, you're not actually a Spartan. You're kinda caught somewhere in-between. Unfortunately amigo, it seems like you're just as much a pain in the ass.
(Reflecting/Humorous) When I look back on my time in ONI, I can't help but feel that being a criminal was the much better career choice.
(Serious/Assertive) And what if the UNSC comes out after you, Thiago? A few gun runners on Iota is fine but what about real, trained soldiers? You aren't thinking ahead at all as usual.
I'm not sure what mic you're using, but it almost sounds like a built in laptop mic or something of similar setup. Additionally there is a palpable level of reverb and you sound very distant from the mic itself. Consider experimenting with Audacity or a program of a similar nature to clean up your audio. As far as performance, I would say your voice is far too youthful for what I'm looking for in this role. The presentation seemed to be very read-from-the-page too. Don't be afraid to loosen up a bit and just say the lines conversationally. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for your time!

Well, like I mentioned, your voice type isn't what we're seeking in this role. This character's voice is written to be more mature and yours is still very youthful. That has it's applications of course, but not here per say.
