Sandsmark serves as the antagonist for most of the game. A brutal king of a country wrought with monsters and prejudice, he ultimately started off with benevolent intentions, hoping to gentrify his country and improve the horrid reputation it had with the rest of the world. However, as he found, very few people would respect him unless he made it known their were consequences for refusing his vision. Over time, he became the misguided tyrant he is, still blindingly believing he's doing the right thing. He has a deep dark tone that resonates in the soul. There should be just the slightest bit of warmth to it, especially in line 2 as he talks about Cassia. (His daughter.)

“You believe in such petty entities like Panobar and the Guardians. Figments of imagination intended to help children go to bed at night, how absolutely ridiculous. There is no god or creator or if there is? They’ve long since left this world behind. No doubt gone to make a new one that will ultimately be taken by the only true force that is power.”
