Technically the same character, but posesses two VERY different appearances each with a unique voice. In this case, we will have two VAs playing her. One male, one female. Overall, Marcus / Cassia is a well-meaning person who simply wants to see her world at peace and to avoid the deaths of many innocent people that would come of a war, but a little part of her enjoys the chase and the thrill of it. The exotic mystique of disguising herself as a man and going on the lamb to fight her evil father, it’s very exciting and new for her after years and years of living the pampered life of a princess. In this way, she embodies many generic hero tropes, almost intentionally playing into them as part of her own personal fantasy. That does not however mean she is incompetent. She is a skilled swordswoman and an even more accomplished enchantress. She’s just a bit naive. Both voices can be of any tone, but should embody a strong hero mentality.
“There’s not a lot I can offer to prove what I say apart from my word. I realize given I hide behind a mask, I’m not the first person you’d trust, but listen to my words and feel the passion in them. That will convince you my intentions are pure.”
“My sword wields my passion. It is tempered in the hottest fire imaginable, the belief and willpower of the people of Firnuvos.”
“Uhm… I suppose we could just take the detour, yes. Are you sure though? Bandits roam the main trail and this would be the perfect opportunity to stop them from terrorizing people.”
