The protagonist of the story and is an orphan who transfers to Gekkoukan High School in Iwatodai City and discovers a phenomenon called the Dark Hour during which supernatural entities called Shadows roam freely. After awakening an ability within himself called Persona, Makoto finds himself intertwined in the ongoing struggle against the Shadows with his new schoolmates. In the film series, Makoto Yuki is depicted as being much darker, ambivalent to the point of apathy.

For Makoto's voice, I don't have an opinion on since he's a rather quiet protagonist. Though I would prefer around a medium voice to fit his age. 

NOTE: There will be times where Makoto will have to scream so please be prepared for this if you are cast.
