Atal Keough is a Gold Rank Ranger, and is managing a large area, including where Akira is posted. He checks in every so often to see how things are going, and eventually assigns a second ranger to help with upcoming issues. He is a bit on the older side, but very fit, and acts/seems more middle aged. He is the grandfather of Rudi Keough.
