Katsuo Hirata is a private detectivee known for his TV show "Monday Night Murder", where he showed off how he solved mysteries and catched most wanted criminals, the show was a huge success and had many seasons behind it, but eventually Katsuo suffered from an incident that led to him unable to continue the show.

Despite his looks Katsuo tends to be very friendly and calm when the circumstances are right, however, when things start getting heated, he might have a shift in attitude, becoming more serious and always trying to find the truth.

Katsuo is obsessed with bringing criminals to justice, which might be critical later on to this show.
