Emma is Victoria's little sister. She doesn't seem to understand the concept of dysfunction and simply thinks her family is normal. She's a spoiled brat that Victoria is always trying to control. She's loud and hyper and dramatic and although she could be classified as a pest, Victoria still loves her to death and would do anything for her happiness and protection.
