Kyler Elliot is the ambitious and cocky President of The Astro City Agency.. Kyler Elliot has a rivalry with Evan Glee and is determined to prove that his program of elite agents outperforms every other agency in the nation. Kyler is 25 years old and has a younger sounding voice. Kyler is not easily outsmarted. He may be young, be he's definitely not naive.
