She is haughty and has a "holier-than-thou" air to her.

She has witnessed the same events occur an infinite amount of times, so she's a little bit crazy. 

Also, in this project her and Ragna have dated in the past. However, they are currently separated, because Ragna had to kill her father to stop him from turning everyone into vampires. Rachel isn't even mad that Ragna killed her father, she's mad that he suddenly ended their relationship after he did.  Now she shuns Ragna in the presence of others, but reveals a cuter side when they are alone together. Not to mention she gains a vulgar mouth when talking privately to Ragna, thanks to his influence.
