Bio: An elderly Vietnam War Vet who tried to approach Herman Smirch for some change but got rudely brushed off. While this elderly gentleman seems to be pleasant and tried to be civil with Herman at first but he was quite willing to angrily call Herman out on his callously flippant attitude. This is a minor role and these are all of his lines and appears in this page.
