Chimil is the one of the many "Pinwheelnaughts" of the cosmos, he's a man of many years, having been on several expeditions into the deep unknown, and has managed to make a name for himself in the collecting of artifacts department. He has a robotic servant, Claus, who assists him and stays with him on his own planet CHIMIL-1.
(Demanding/Reassuring, sounding youngish)Do not worry citizen. The criminal has been apprehended. You can feel free to go back to your settlement now.
(Slight Excitement, talking very fast, sounds older)Well, it’s a bit of an outer rim world. But that’s one the Collective hasn’t put on the record. So I figure there’s some very pretty artifacts in there. But naturally with off-record worlds you know the drill.
