Smudge is a disinterested African American male who's known in the Wasteland as a guy who gathers intel on targets sought after by Hitmen. People usually pay him to dig up and give bounty hunters whatever information he can find regarding the people they are trying to find and kill.
He doesn't really care about that much, in fact he often times acts like he'd rather be somewhere else. His voice reflects that inner desire too.
As of now, Smudge has 17 lines of dialogue. I don't think I'll need to add more.
"Sup? You looking for someone? Preferably someone famous so that I don't have to dig that deep for info?"
"Okay, I see what this is about. Look, I didn't put the bounty on your head. I'm just the guy people go to when they're trying to find their targets."
"Bounty Hunters kinda need guys like me though: most of the time, all they have to go on is a name, or even a raw description. I fill in the blanks."
