Pegasolta Eclair is a narcissistic and flamboyant warrior, obsessed with beauty—both his own and that of destruction. Originally tasked with overseeing the Hanging Gardens for peaceful purposes, he always harbored a secret longing for battle. When Dr. Weil took over Neo Arcadia, he saw the vanity and ambition in Pegasolta and twisted it to his advantage, redesigning him for combat and unleashing him as one of the Eight Einherjar.

Now, Pegasolta revels in chaos, seeing Operation Ragnarok as a masterpiece of destruction, a grand display of power and control. He looks down upon humanity with sheer disdain, believing them unworthy of existence under Weil’s rule. His arrogance knows no bounds, convinced of his own perfection and superiority. He taunts Zero with poetic declarations, basking in his own self-importance until his inevitable downfall. Even as he dies, he is unable to comprehend how someone as “flawless” as himself could be bested.

Tone: Arrogant, theatrical, and dripping with self-admiration. He speaks with an air of nobility, as though every word he utters is a divine proclamation.

Delivery: Grandiose and poetic, with an almost sing-song quality to his speech. He elongates words when speaking about himself or anything he finds beautiful, while snapping with venom when referring to those he deems “ugly” or “unworthy.”
