Personification of Thunder, very easily enraged. Due to being a god of sorts, their Voice should portray dominance and Authority. Since we talk about an eternal being, I am open for male and female voices. Important side role with three major appearances in the Story.

Mmmhm, the biggest "Issue" here, is that your emphasis isn't in the right Place. "I have no mercy for meddlers" sounds less threatening than "I have NO mercy for meddlers", eh? :DThe emphasis in the second line was quite alright, but there was some oomph missing yet again. That gets back to the situational awareness. Consider how it would feel to rule the LITERAL SKIES, because you ARE thunder. This is a statement full of Pride, full of Power. You're not a mere bird, you are THE bird. Really gotta show that. Check out Circuits Audition for Zapdos and you see exactly what I mean! :D There is some power in your presence alone that can hardly be contained. Other than that, I think you are on the right track! Keep it up! Potential to be seen!
