One of the most humble, hilarious, chill, easygoing and down to earth directors I’ve ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to explaining and giving directions for scenes, while striving for perfection in each take, I would most definitely recommend him and work with him again on any project in the future!

You will be hard pressed to find another director who is as “in-the-trenches” next to you or as hands on as Nico is. A kind hearted, communicative, and wildly talented individual who takes time out of his day just to answer a small question or check in to make sure you aren’t being overworked. If he’s heading a project, you should drop what you’re doing and audition for it immediately.

I have to thank Nico, both as a director I aspire to be, but also because he's also what helped me a lot with improving as a voice actor. It's rare to find directors that are willing to take the time and help provide feedback and help you out with improving your performance, but he also provides the best kinds of directions in order for you to perfect the scene to the way he envisions. He's true to his words, and his projects are well done and thoughtful, so I'd recommend giving any of his projects a chance.

Nico is genuinely such a well prepared project director, i've been in a fair few projects since joining casting call and this is definitely one of the more professional directors i've interacted with. There's a particular manner and method in the way that things are done and as nice as Nico is he absolutely does not mess around when it comes to business. Absolutely amazing with voice directions and giving in input and this one project alone offered so much learning experiences. If you were to audition under his future projects I guarantee you that you're in safe hands.

Nico was certainly a light in the darkness for me when I was beginning my voice over journey on CCC. He has consistently shown me that he only cares for the project, which is normal for any director, but that he genuinely cares about the voices behind the project.
