Raiders are the general banditry of the Wasteland. Ruthless, harsh, and hungry to inflict pain and misery on others, Raiders are a plague that are hostile to many factions. No less the NCR and the Legion.

This Raider has kidnapped Kidnapped Traveler alongside his cohorts, and acts as a lookout. When the Player arrives, he warns the Player to keep their distance, but that's about it. He isn't really willing to kill anyone.
