As graffiti is an act of vandalism and is punishable by law, this attracts the attention of Police Captain Onishima...who relentlessly pursue Beat and his friends."
In the story, "Beat", is a lively soul to be around. He's positive, confident, and is simply trying to find his way with his new life as a runaway. He will be the main author of the story, so expect long takes and a lot of lines of dialogue.
