The General of the Simulation Institution (Prologue). He is direct, and careful to hide any imperfections within the institution. He makes a short appearance at the beginning of the game to provide a short safety video on the simulation module.

This entire character was inspired by Portal's Cave Johnson, I want the voice to have a resemblance to his tone, but not actually mimic him. give it your own spark of originality!
