Serious, Stoic, and arrogant so incredibly serious and stoic it becomes comical, somewhat dimwitted at times. Please audition in Japanese. The English is only there to help you understand. This role has a female version named Satomi, she is the other option for this role. Satomi/Ken is the same character but I am trying to give both genders a chance for this role because of their importance and personality. I have no basis in either direction, I will hire the person I perceive as best. This is a recurring character in the story, so it is important that I can trust you; I will consider this factor when selecting the person for the role.
Satomi/Ken (female/male): My name is Satomi/Ken!! You are all fortunate enough to meet me. I am here today to become even stronger. For, we must all band together, and increase our power! I cannot let Hotaru do this alone… his valiant efforts thus far will not be in vain! I shall lead him to become the second-best Octane in the world! Only behind me of course. I am the hope of the world after all! I want to change the laws of the triad so we can all live equally! That all of us may live long and prosperous lives without the fear of death! I must become the greatest so that you can all be great too! Please allow me to show you true strength! I am a shining example for people to follow!

Most of the same notes as on your Nobutoshi audition in terms of audio and all that. For Ken though, I want to hear a lot of emotion, specifically the stoic and arrogance listed in the description. I hear you doing it, but it is missing the extra emphasis I want to hear. The echo'y room might be preventing you from going all out so I understand. I would love to hear you try again later when you are home.
Sounds good, I can go for another take when I get back home then! Out of curiosity, is there something specific that you're looking for out of a stoic kind of tone/voice, like depth, etc? I'm just wondering since a lot of the stoic voices that I am familiar with are typically on the deeper end and tend to lack emotion.
