No. 71 is the sitcom loving up-and-coming witch of the group. She was born with strange powers that led her to join the 3rd Cafe and Diner. She's since been a key-member when it comes to secret-affairs within the organization. She has no distinct vocal characteristics other than she is usually pretty up-beat. 

  • (No. 71 usually is a bit tongue-in-cheek)

    "So, our branch is located in sunny and hellish Florida, around Palm Beach. You probably could piece that much together, huh?"

  • (No. 71 is often pretty exaggerated in her speech)

    "But, but, but, I have been called on by name, by none other than one of our friendliest of friends, THE PHANTOM. Why? Well, it's uh, complicated. Or maybe just a secret. Or maybe a bit of both."

  • (One of the more rare moments where No. 71 is more reserved and shy is when she talks about her powers)

    "I don’t know if I’ve ever really talked about my powers at length before. I’m not even sure if everyone knows about them."
