During the events of the game, Xingqiu is an avid bookworm talking in a refine light tone. His tone can be tone by both a light speaking male or even a female so feel free to hear the voice lines. In the comic, he is a hard worker who panics easily when Zhongli comes and interrupts them. I highly advise to hear the voice lines to get a good feel for his voice.
(Xingqiu is astounded and becomes disappointed midway through when his book leaves him on a cliffhanger)
"Oh my goodness...Oh my gosh...Wow-Huh? 'All will be revealed in the next volume'? Aw, drat..."
(Xingqiu is in a panic as he tries to reassure Zhongli he'll get back to work)

(Xingqiu is in disarray as he screams while Zhongli looks at the both of them seriously before getting cut off)
