Finley is one of the patrons at Beer Under the Bridge, one of the local bars in town, and friends with Rich.  He's a sweet, shy guy that just wants to know how to talk to his crush (which is Destiny by the way).  Finley is also in a wheelchair, but we don't know why...yet.
