Prince Tygru is Husky's best friend, even if he is a few years older than him when they first met as children. He is very stalwart, and prances around ALWAYS wearing a full set of shiny knight's armor. He wants so badly to go down in history as a valiant hero of the people. He'd sound like a young superhero, someone who is trying a little too hard to be the "protagonist". He is very compassionate and caring for his friends and family, if a bit naive when it comes to ill-natured folks who take advantage of his good will. He is a perfectionist, and constantly trains to wield a sword and shield in his full armor, like the mythical hero Tygrus the Sword, who he was named after. He leads a rebellion against his own father, King Henry Borel for a large portion of this book
“Well Husky, you need not try so hard with me, I am not the king just yet and even when I am, I’ll have no interest in titles and houses.”
(Tygru is assuring a 10-year-old Husky that he need not be so formal around him. Tygru is a "man of the people" and does not run a tight/strict operation in any situation. Tygru himself is 15/16 here so try sounding just a bit younger for this line alone)
“Sons and daughters of Aldon, I speak to not only you, but your children! Your siblings! Your parents! Your ancestors! Your descendants! Most of all, your enemies! Today, is your day. The King thinks everyone in Aldon is behind him, but in truth: Aldon and it’s people rally behind my sword and shield. You, the soldiers before me, you are my sword and shield! You are my brothers and sisters! Humans, elves, orcs and dwarves all fighting to free this land! This land, stained with the blood of our ancestors! This land soaked in the tears of our crying children and the sweat of elven and orcish slaves! This beautiful nation, covered in green in the south, and white in the north. This land that belongs to us! Before us, just over this hill, is the town of Brekkis. A wonderful place full of people, whose hearts pump the same blood that flows through everyone standing on this field. The King is fucking wrong to think that these people respect and love him! Let’s go show him why!”
(Tygru LOVES his speeches, and thus, is a little overdramatic when giving them. He sees himself as a storybook hero, but luckily for him, so do his soldiers. Put plenty of gusto and passion into this, Tygru may even shed a tear of pride while shouting out to his loyal army)
“A considerably large one, Commander. As Crown-Prince and future King of the nation of Aldon; I am placing you under arrest for possible charges of high treason, espionage, conspiracy, plotting against your leader, and murder.”
(Tygru is reluctantly arresting his best advisor and tactician, Commander Pontai Isaguru. As Pontai has been killing people in his own army he believes are spies. He is actually correct in his killings, but Tygru is ignorant to this, and just wants to be safe and certain. A bit more sternness is called for in his voice for this line, perhaps a hint of anger)
