Quest giving / vendor NPC, encountered near Charles View Amphitheater. His quest unlocks his vendor ability. His seller's inventory is a unique mix, caps capacity is higher than Diamond City vendors, and he is willing to trade whatever goods the player doesn't need. He shares idle chatter and various greeting options, which help with gaming immersion.
Line #1: “Words can be like X-rays if you use them properly -- they’ll go through anything. You read and you’re pierced.”Line #2: “Most human beings have an almost infinite capacity for taking things for granted.”

Thanks for auditioning! There is a quality here to your recording which lends itself to a fantastic ghoul NPC, which would be great for a future mod, That is hard to find. Someone who can sound both dynamic, ghoulish, and yet keep each word incredibly intelligible.
