Vulture is one of the Scorchers know for his hunting skills. Vulture is usually the one who scavenges for the Scorchers, but can just as easily hunt humans as he can animals.

For Vulture's voice, I'm looking for something similar to Steve Blum's Jack Cayman as heard in Madworld and Anarchy Reigns. This can be either with his North American accent as heard in Madworld and Anarchy Reigns, or you can try adding a Texan accent to that voice.
