Caterpie would talk in a baby-like voice, Metapod would speak in a monotone and almost emotionless voice, and Butterfree would talk in a "butterfly" voice (almost like it does in the anime).

  • Caterpie: Come on, I won't hurt you, I'm just a little bug type.

  • Metapod: I must defend myself for protection!

  • Butterfree: Today is a beautiful day! Where the Butterfree fly and the Bellossom dance!

The Caterpie voice needs to be a bit higher, the Metapod voice needs to sound lower, and the Butterfree voice needs to have "butterfly vocals". Hard time explaining Butterfree's voice, but I hope this helps.
