Ayama Kitsuno is the mother of Kyo Kitsuno and the widow of Takiro Kitsuno. She describes Takiro as the glue to their family, and after the incident in Old Fiona in 1009, she became depressed and became an alcoholic, distancing herself from her son and the rest of the world. Takiro's departure and Ayama's shutdown led Kyo to become more pessimistic and bitter. Her voice usually sounds mature with a hint of sadness and regret.
