Azusa Uyeno is the Ultimate Lolita. She was discovered when she was 13 years old and quickly rose to popularity in the Japanese fashion scene, bringing new life to well-known genres, notably the Lolita genre. At the start of Danganronpa: FF, Azusa has no memories of her school life at Hope's Future.

Azusa has a very optimistic and calm demeanor, with a dreamy, head-in-the-clouds personality. She has a unique perspective on life due to her status as a celebrity, and enjoys spending down time doing the things she loves. Azusa is compassionate and kind, but also apprehensive, occasionally preventing her from assisting in serious situations due to fear.

Azusa should have a traditional lolita voice (high pitched; childish). However, her voice is not intended to be grating in any way, and instead should be floaty, calm, and neutral. Because of her mannerisms, Azusa rarely expresses high emotion, but when she does it is HIGH, so her voice actor will need to be very expressive.
