Teruhiko Ogami is a patient, and greedy man. He's willing to compromise the stability of tons of buildings throughout the developing Morioh. Just for money. And hold a woman hostage for it as well. He is cold and cruel. But he tries to act charming.
There's 2 versions of him, one in the 80s where he's a young man. And another in the year 2000, where he's middle aged. So you can make him sound just a bit older if you want, but you don't have to.
I'm looking for a medium to medium deep voice. He's intimidating, but he's also an average person you'd find in an office building. You can again do what you want with his voice, just so long as it follows his personality.

(older)I'd imagine getting the last scene is hard for any author. Not that I've ever tried writing a novel, but I can't imagine any different. So for someone as inexperienced as you, it's only natural to be having so much worrying over your last scene. Just a suggestion, but how about this? For the end, how about only the heroine girl survives? And the man she's up against dies.

I think it would be best if you didn't see that boy anymore. Even if you'll never forgive me for it, I can make it so that boy never gets near you again if I want. I have that power. A power only special people are endowed with. No matter how much that boy wants to meet with you, he will not be able to get near you.
This is a good point, I should specify which is which in the lines.
Also I really like this voice for him!
