Enigmatic. Creepy. Intelligent.

Seiji Kuronoki is a highly educated, and incredibly socially awkward scholar. He's often squirrelly, fidgety, nervous and sweaty, if not downright creepy, although he does try to be as amicable and approachable as possible - to varying degrees of success. His fanaticism in analyzing and studying the concept of "the Movement" - what he calls the entirety of human society, past, present and future - is his main goal, and often is misunderstood by others. He has a little bit of a superiority complex, although he usually doesn't show it.

His voice should be awkward, and his speech pattern should be oddly paced.
