Francisco Capellan
Francisco Capellan is a 21-year-old bilingual Dominican American voice actor. He’s best known as the lead happy-go-lucky cat boy in Zeta Retribution, a turn-based RPG, on Game Jolt. He is currently studying voiceover with Cassandra Lee Morris, Joe Zieja, and Heather Dame, as well as recording VO for an upcoming YouTube series!
