An older prosecutor that is known as the "Rookie Killer" and is Phoenix's first opposition. Despite being the Rookie Killer, he lost the case quite easily.

He has a shrill, whiny, high-pitched voice that gets really irritating when he yells.

As a result, he tries to stay professional as much as he can but breaks easily.

I love the nasal and whiny inflections you have in your Payne voice, keep it up. One thing to note is that Payne could be a bit higher-pitched is all. Good job.
