A minor NPC in Deltarune. She is one of Kris's classmates.
Catti is the younger sister of Catty. She speaks in a monosyllabic, unresponsive manner, tapping and clicking on her phone and then providing vague, nondescript answers.
Her voice should be like every other average teen voice. Somewhere in the medium-low pitch area.
(Catti is tapping away on her phone when Kris asks her to be partners. Her tone should be slightly annoyed, like Kris is a minor disturbance.)
