A minor NPC in Deltarune, and is one of Kris's classmates.
Noelle is friendly and cheerful, but also very timid, and sometimes has trouble saying what she's thinking. Her father says that "everything scares her," and describes her as "defenseless."
Her voice should be more in the higher pitched range and have a timid tone. I'd like for her voice to have some sort of southern accent but that is optional.
(Noelle is sitting in the classroom when Kris walks up to her. Her tone should sound normal and happy.)
Hey, Kris! What's up? Didja lose your pencil again? Here, you want the candy-cane one or the one with lights on it? Ummm.. Sorry... Berdly already asked me... But I could ask Ms. Alphys if we could make a group of 3! I'll ask if you're sure.
(Noelle asks Alphys if Kris could join Berdly and Noelle's group. Berdly immediately snaps back, trying to shush Noelle, all the while Alphys is asking what Noelle's saying. Her tone should be anxious and overwhelmed due to the current situation.)
What? B-but Kris doesn't have a... A-actually, I just wanted to know if...
