Norman “Norm” Marshal is the Security Chief for Vault 4. At first glance, he appears tough and imposing; in reality, he has very little interest in performing his job and seeks to delegate responsibility wherever he can. Norm has approximately 57 lines.
Line 01 context: Norm stops the player from entering the vault, forcing them to answer some questions.
Line 02 context: The player talks to Marshal, but he really can't be bothered with them.
Line 03 context: Marshal is talking about the vault jail cell. Although the punishment is a bit feeble, he really thinks it's something people will be afraid of.
Not so fast. I can't have people wandering around my vault without asking them a few questions first.
You'd better make this quick, I'm about to go on break.
It's not supposed to be a holiday camp, it's meant for criminals to sit and think about what they've done!
