Mr. Jello is a mentally unstable ex-clown with a hook for a hand.  He owns a scrapyard located where his circus used to be before his unfortunate accident with explosives.

I like all of this but I feel you need to watch how close you are to the mic so plosives and heavy breaths don't get in the way of the acting but hey I like this!
