Yes! Pretty Cure 5: Miracle of Dreams

Nozomi is a caring individual with a big heart and a bright perspective. While realizing she may not be talented or have any usable skills, she makes up for it by being friendly and kind towards others, even her enemies. A bit of a late thinker, she sometimes gets distracted; especially when food is involved. She’s also childish, loud and clumsy, and doesn’t seem to make decisions rationally, and it’s usually Yozora who makes some of the decisions for her. As Cure Dream, she’s noticeably more serious. She also gains more strength and never hesitates to help others. She also sounds a bit more mature than Nozomi. Rin is both tomboyish and feminine. She shows a passion for accessory design throughout the series, and is usually the one in charge with designing what the Natts House is selling. She has a straightforward and down-to-earth personality that contrasts the cheery Nozomi. She takes on a big-sister nurturing side towards her best friend and siblings. While usually calm-tempered, she can be passionate, hot-blooded, and impatient. She tends to clash with girls who are more reserved and show a stubborn side. Urara is a bit materialistic, but calm and polite, referring to most of her friends with the suffix “-san”. While naturally cheery and sweet, normally showing this to others without hesitation, she is actually very shy. That was until she met Nozomi. She’s rather similar to her in that they are both shown rushing head-first into things, and they love eating. She can also be absent-minded and a little clumsy, but has more self-confidence in comparison. She sounds a little younger than most of the Cures. Komachi is known for being kind, gentle, and feminine. She is often lost in a daydream of romance and other fantasies while searching for inspiration for her future as a novelist. She’s very kind towards others and retains a peaceful and calm nature, and, regardless of the situation or how angry she may be, is also shown to be wise and polite. She’s also very delicate and can shut-down entirely if given even the smallest critique. She seeks approval from others and likes to show her work to those who are interested, using her writings to reflect her true feelings when she is unable to express them openly. Karen is strongly admired for being a calm, stoic, mature young woman, despite covering up her insecurities and feelings of loneliness. She dearly misses her parents as they are usually away, but out of obligation and feeling that everything rests on her shoulders she refuses to let it get to her, she’s come to think she needs to do everything by herself. She was originally very enthusiastic about being class representative prior to meeting Komachi, but by the time it began wearing her down she was forced to keep going to be there for her. While usually calm in temperament, when pushed enough she can sometimes get to a point where she ends up saying hurtful or offensive things to other people. The reborn Dark Dream, now Yozora Yumehara (Nozomi’s adoptive sister). When reborn, she’s painfully shy and has no idea who she is, until Nozomi reminds and gives Yozora her name. Like her past self, Yozora is annoyed by Nozomi’s endless enthusiasm but learns to bear with it after being adopted. She’s pretty protective of her as well, and is willing to help her and the others. She also realizes she needs to accept others’ help as she won’t get anywhere otherwise, causing her Pretty Cure awakening. She finds joy in cute things and carnivals. Coco’s a kind, caring, and easily-trusting fairy, who has no problem changing into fairy form to save innocent people. In human form, he’s calm, wise, and nice, while as a fairy, he’s very energetic. He enjoys hanging out with his friends, but worries about his kingdom and Nuts. He’d go to great lengths just to protect those he cares about. Though kind, he sometimes gets mad and is strict towards anyone who does something wrong or drastic. His voice is more high-pitched in fairy form, and a lot deeper in human form. He usually ends his sentences with “~coco”, but you don’t have to do that. (No lines yet, will add those once episode 2 comes out!)

Coco’s best friend. Nuts is usually serious and distrustful, almost completely the opposite from Coco. Due to his traumatic past, he uses time to get close to others. However, he’s often shown to be extremely stubborn and sharp-tongued, not wanting help from people when facing problems.

Nuts believes that the truth is always the best, and thus never lies about anything if possible. Because of this belief, it’s hard for him to apologize or say things he does not mean, because his simple logic is different from others’. However, he’ll feel remorseful if he hurts others’ feelings regardless of his beliefs. He ends his sentences with “~natsu”, but you don’t have to do that. The third fairy in the series. Milk is a strict, no-nonsense type when it comes to Coco and Nuts. She tries her best to watch over them so that they don’t make any foolish decisions, and if she’s unable to be with them, she starts to feel useless and worries a lot. She is unable to tolerate anyone who shows rudeness to either of them, initially only showing coldness towards anyone who wasn’t them. She used to be very selfish and greedy, but as she begins to trust the Pretty Cure and befriends them, she learns to be kinder to others. However, she’s also a lot like Nozomi - can be childish most times and only makes problems for others, even if it’s not her intention. She ends her sentences with “~miru”, but you don’t have to say that. (No lines yet, will add once episode 2 comes out!)

The successor of Desparaia. She’s kind of similar to her in a sense (idk, I haven’t made her personality just yet). She’s usually very serious but can have more funny moments. After her death, she’s very resentful towards the Precure and wants to get rid of them and take over the Palmier Kingdom. She hates Nozomi and Yozora a lot. Her voice should be kind of mature-sounding.

One of the series villains. Kawarino is cold-hearted and doesn’t treat his employees as comrades. An example of this being that he’ll threaten them if they don’t work properly. He speaks formally, but with an ironic undertone, making his character even sneakier, and his methods are sly and cruel. His motivation is deeply anchored with his loyalty towards Talia and (before she died) Desperaia, and his actions are justified for them.

One of the series’ villains, and previously the main antagonist of the Yes! 5 movie. Shadow is a power-hungry person, destroying those in their path with no remorse at all. They’ve got no problems punishing those who defies their orders and, to reach their goals, would blackmail them. They were scouted by Dalia, who told them that Dark Dream was reborn and became a Pretty Cure, making them very mad and since then, Shadow’s been a member of Neo-Nightmare, going after Cure Aurora and eventually the others. As for their voice, I mean, they are voiced by a woman in the Yes! 5 movie, but it doesn’t mean they have to now.

Another returning villain. She’s very confident that her abilities can take the Cures down with no problem. When she’s defeated, it’s a stab to her pride, making her desperate to defeat them no matter what it takes.

Looking for an animator. Something bouncy and bright will do, something similar to the original Yes! 5 (and maybe GoGo! as well).
