Wishfall | Cinematic Minecraft Roleplay | MLP inspired
Project Overview
Hi there! I'm on the search for enthusiastic voice actors, writers, and editors to join me in bringing my passion project to life!
My staff writer and I have wrapped up the 2nd draft for the overall plot, and we're now diving into the final draft, working on it episode by episode.
The project is all about collaboration, driven by passion and centered on friendship, teamwork, and uplifting each other creatively.
Right now, the characters in season 1 include Dreamer (the main character), Aspira, Mendheart, and Lance. You'll get to meet the other characters mentioned in the upcoming seasons! Even though you'll be auditioning for a role that will come to life later on, I look forward to your involvement as the story unfolds and your willingness to assist with extra roles.
I'm on the lookout for voice actors and crew members who are 16 and older, ideally 18, to ensure everything is above board legally. While pay isn't guaranteed, I'd love to chat about an even split among the cast and crew if the project ends up profitable.
Wishfall is a project created by fans, inspired by my passion for evolution, My Little Pony, One Piece, and Barbra Streisand. I would love for the project to celebrate feminism, friendship, and personal growth.
I have graduated with a diploma in screen and media, focused on television and production.
I'm seeking for crew members who can edit scripts, write humor, create call sheets, and transform scripts into shooting scripts. If you're unsure about what that involves, I'm more than happy to help you learn! I'm seeking individuals who are comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback, as long as it's done in a respectful manner.
I'm on the lookout for someone who's skilled in editing both audio and video. It would be great to use different software for editing each piece! Audition for audio, premiere for video, and After Effects to enhance "SPX" and incorporate VFX.
Here's a short synopsis of the project: It follows Dreamer and her friends as they uncover the truth about magic in a world that has long since lost its true powers. It's a medieval world as far as they can see, with seas that are tricky to navigate and stars that keep the map to the truth a bit of a mystery.
We're planning to film in Minecraft! I'm not looking for body actors, just individuals who can record their own voice using software without filters. If you're open to collaboration and excited to be directed by an aspiring filmmaker, I'd love to hear from you!

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a concept artist to help define the visual heart of Wishfall. You’ll be creating key art, thumbnail illustrations, and logo concepts that establish the series’ tone — soft, magical, and full of wonder. Your work will become the foundation of the project’s YouTube, social media, and promotional branding as we prepare for launch.
Responsibilities:
Design the main Wishfall logo and refine typography or title treatments.
Create illustrated key art for episodes, promotional posters, and channel banners.
Develop thumbnail templates for YouTube uploads that stay visually consistent.
Work closely with the director and editor to match each image’s emotion to its episode tone.
Build a visual identity that feels timeless, cosy, and cinematic.
Requirements:
Experience creating digital art for branding, animation, or storytelling projects.
You should possess proficiency in using programs such as Procreate, Photoshop, or Clip Studio Paint.
You should have a strong sense of composition, lighting, and colour mood.
At ease working with others, providing feedback, and modifying designs to align with current builds.
Interest in fantasy, animation, or pony-inspired aesthetics.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience creating thumbnails or banners for YouTube channels.
Understand how to design with audience engagement in mind (eye-catching but elegant).
Can create light logo animation mock-ups or text effects.

Voice Style: Young, energetic, goofy, higher pitched, like a chaotic goofy evil.
Role in Story: Morty is the villian of Wishfall. Labeled as the "Big Bad Evil Guy"
Desired Feeling: He should feel evil but because he needs it to survive and to do right by his idol's teachings. He's not evil enough to enslave anyone. So like cartoonish evil but not THAT evil. Very conflicting.
Gender & Age: Male, young adult (late teens–early 20s tone)
Pitch & Tone: high pitched, bright energetic.
Style: Chatty, quick-paced, sing-songy.
Accent/Dialect: Light rustic medieval (village/commoner, not noble)
Sound Quality: Clear, smooth, youthful; playful rhythm with a musical bounce.
Character examples - Invader Zim type of voice.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skin & texture artist to help adapt and polish our pony models for the series. All skins have already been created, but they were designed for different base models. Your main task will be to edit, remap, and texture these characters to fit our new custom model format— ensuring visual consistency and smooth animation across episodes. You'll also help design variant skins (different outfits, armour, or emotional states) and background pony textures for crowd scenes.
Responsibilities:
Rework and remap existing Minecraft pony skins to fit a new custom model.
Create new textures for alternate outfits and background ponies.
Maintain a cohesive art style — pastel, storybook, fantasy-inspired.
Collaborate with the 3D modeller and directors to ensure the skins work well in cinematic lighting.
(Optional) Help design small accessory textures or cutie mark equivalents.
Requirements:
Experience using Blockbench or similar model editors.
You should have a thorough understanding of Minecraft mod texture formatting and UV mapping.
Strong eye for colour, style consistency, and soft lighting.
Familiarity with My Little Pony’s colour language, designs, and tone (pastel fantasy style preferred).
Be able to follow feedback and keep organised texture files.
Bonus Points If You:
Have previous experience working on cinematic Minecraft or modded projects.
Are comfortable helping to troubleshoot the alignment of model textures.
Enjoy worldbuilding or fantasy character design!
This is a collaborative and creative role. You’ll be helping bring the characters of Wishfall to life, from the gentle healer ponies to the radiant city guards, so we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about detail and loves making things feel alive.

Voice Style: Bold, uplifting, and passionate — the kind of voice that makes ponies want to stand up straighter when they hear her.
Role in Story: Aspira is the Pillar of Hope in the Wishfall Six.
Desired Feeling: Her voice should make her feel inspiring, determined, and full of belief — like a lantern in the dark. Even when she’s frustrated, her tone should radiate strength and sincerity.
Gender & Age: Female, young adult (mid–20s tone, but more fiery than gentle)
Pitch & Tone: Mid to mid-high; clear, strong, carries across a crowd; has a spark in it even in casual moments
Style: Speaks with conviction and certainty; quick with her words, sometimes blunt, but always heartfelt; slows down only when she’s driving a point home with emotion
Accent/Dialect: Common medieval city accent, rougher and more straightforward than refined nobles; strong consonants, less polish
Patterns: Uses direct statements like “You have to…” or “Why wouldn’t we…?”; often rhetorical in speeches; pushes questions back at others when challenged
Emotion: Frequently passionate and loud, not afraid to yell if it’s to defend someone; warm and reassuring in calmer moments; her hope always shines through, even when she’s angry or exhausted
Sound Quality: Clear, vibrant, and resonant; the kind of voice that carries across a crowd or over a battlefield without losing its heart

Voice Style: Calm and measured, but a bit dull!
Role in Story: Thistledew is the Pillar of Healing in the Wishfall Six.
Desired Feeling: The voice should make her feel dependable, reassuring, and wise in a practical way.
She is a healer who has seen much and nothing phases her anymore, she’s a bit more excited when talking about healing, and a bit more bored when not.
Gender & Age: Female, young adult (mid–20s to early 30s tone)
Pitch & Tone: Mid-low to mid, soft and even; steady, unhurried, plain but comforting
Style: Speaks plainly and directly, avoids flowery language unless talking about plants; slows down when teaching or explaining something important
Accent/Dialect: Rural/commoner medieval, with simple clarity and no extra refinement
Patterns: Starts sentences with practical openers like “You’ll want to…” or “The easiest way is…”; rarely raises her voice — when she does, it’s in alarm, not anger
Emotion: Usually calm, thoughtful, and patient; quiet vulnerability shows when she’s exhausted or tending to herself

Voice Style: Steady, grounded, and commanding — a voice that carries the weight of someone who’s had to be obeyed. She doesn’t need volume to be heard; her pauses and deliberate pacing make ponies listen. There’s an edge of steel in her tone, even when she’s being kind.
Role in Story: Emberhold is the Element of Bravery, a soldier-turned-guardian who once served a corrupt king but chose to protect the innocent instead. She’s both a fighter and a leader, guiding others through fear with her steady presence.
Desired Feeling: Her voice should make her feel unshakable, disciplined, and protective — like someone you’d trust to lead you into danger and get you out again. Even when she softens, there’s always a seriousness beneath it, reminding you she carries responsibility on her shoulders.
Gender & Age: Female, young adult (mid–20s to early 30s; seasoned by experience but not hardened by age).
Pitch & Tone: Mid-low, clear, and resonant; firm in cadence but capable of warmth. When serious, her words land like orders; when relaxed, her voice softens, almost nostalgic, as though remembering a better time.
Style: Speaks in short, clipped sentences when issuing commands, but eases into longer, thoughtful phrasing in casual or emotional moments. She often starts with grounding phrases like “Listen—” or “Here’s the thing…” to steady the conversation before delivering her point.
Accent/Dialect: A soldier’s straightforwardness, free of excess flourish. Neutral dialect with a touch of formality; not refined nobility, but disciplined, measured speech.
Patterns: Pauses mid-sentence to consider her words. Doesn’t waste breath. Uses soldierly phrasing and tactical metaphors even in everyday talk. Has a cadence that can feel like she’s briefing you on a mission, even when she’s describing the weather.
Emotion: Controlled and steady in most situations, rarely letting her guard drop. Anger simmers low, delivered more through icy precision than shouting. With close friends, her warmth comes through in careful phrasing — she chooses words like armor, even when expressing care.
Sound Quality: Firm, deliberate, and unwavering; a voice that feels like standing on solid ground in the middle of chaos.

Voice Style: Smooth, magnetic, and dangerous — the kind of voice that feels like a smirk you can hear. He doesn’t need to raise his tone to command attention; his words do the work for him.
Role in Story: Lance is Star’s first love interest and Leader of the Thieves’ Guild.
Desired Feeling: His voice should make him feel intoxicating, charming, and a little untrustworthy — like someone you know you shouldn’t follow, but can’t resist anyway.
Gender & Age: Male, young adult (mid–20s to early 30s energy; seasoned but not aged)
Pitch & Tone: Mid-low to mid; rich, velvety, and calm — never hurried, always deliberate; a voice that could whisper a threat or a promise and make them sound equally tempting.
Style: Speaks with ease, often with a sly humor; loves teasing, flirting, and turning conversations into games. He tends to understate things, drawing others in by making them lean closer. When serious, he doesn’t shout — his tone sharpens, and that alone makes ponies listen.
Accent/Dialect: A city accent with hints of refinement — not noble, but street-learned sophistication. He clips some words, elongates others, giving his speech a rhythm that feels rehearsed but effortless.
Patterns: Uses clever one-liners, rhetorical jokes, and quick deflections; often answers a question with another question. Prefers indirectness in serious topics, weaving half-truths or avoiding answers altogether.
Emotion: Playful, alluring, and self-assured in most situations. He rarely sounds rattled, but when his guard drops, there’s a softness — a quiet, wounded honesty that slips out before he buries it again.
Sound Quality: Smooth, resonant, and charismatic; a voice that can linger in the mind after he’s gone, like the echo of a song you can’t forget.
