Feel free to audition if you were not accepted in the past or are already part of the project! Remember, this project is not monetized, but we will credit you to wherever you'd like to link and we will give you good recommendations! Plus, if you are cast, you will gain access to some of our other projects that ARE monetized.

Requirements and Tips
Base requirements for every position:
-Must be willing to read chapter, character, or location summaries as asked
-Age 13+ or older
-Have Discord (and the ability to join 2 servers and check discord at least once a week).
What will improve my chances?:
1. We will not accept anyone that does not follow instructions on this casting call. Please read everything carefully and follow instructions.
2. If you are okay with multiple of the categories, feel free to apply for whichever ones fit as we enjoy double casting.
3. Briefly tell us your relevant experience and/or why you like Warriors.
VOICE ACTORS
Voice actors! You will help our project truly shine! You will be able to double cast and be cast in later waves, so do not worry if your character dies or doesn’t show up again :^) We will be attaching the wiki page of every character if you would like to read about them to get a feel about your character.
- Additional Requirements: gmail account, access to google docs and drive, understandable speech, a working microphone (preferably USB or better).
EDITORS (1-3 people)
We have one editor, but I would love to switch her out every month and have a back up! We will require knowledge of where to find royalty free music and sound effects, as well as putting multiple voice files into one file. We may even look specifically for people who edit in music/sound effects.
- Additional Requirements: Must have some experience (does not have to be professional) editing videos and/or sound, must know some resources for finding or creating sounds/sound effects.
DIGITAL ARTISTS (No Max)
You can either lend us a piece of Warriors: Into the Wild art that you have already drawn, or become an artist for our studio! If you only do backgrounds or lineart, that's okay too! We recognize that free art is a lot to ask for. We want to spread your work out amongst as many people as possible and we value artists, so you will be credited. If you have a shop link, we can plug that too!
- Additional Requirements: Must be willing to read chapter, character, or location summaries as asked; must be able to draw digitally and send digital images through discord or email
NOTE:
We only selected a handful from our last audition, so feel free to audition again if you did in the past! Some common reasons we did not hire artists in the last casting call include the following:
- Not enough art or could not locate it
- Not enough cat/cat-like art to judge
- Didn’t think the style was the right fit
- Audition did not follow audition directions (biggest one)

Hey, everyone! We are extending the due date until tomorrow because my team can't get together until then, anyway. I have started looking over some auditions, will get with the team with the shortlist, and we will go from there.
It takes at LEAST a week after we make the shortlist to announce the roles because we like to do a video reveal. A Thunderclan Apprentice, quickly growing. Friends with Firepaw. We are looking for a voice that can deliver comedy/comedic relief, but can also be serious. He is lighthearted but very loyal. We would LOVE if it sounded similar to one of our old Graypaws, but that is not mandatory.

(apprentice) “Well, I'm more lopsided than a one legged badger, I think I'll have to settle for hunting stupid mice. They won't stand a chance. I shall just wander up to them and sit on them till they surrender.” (comedic/jokingly)
(apprentice, slightly older) "What you are saying has implications for Redtail's honor. And none of the other cats have a problem with Tigerclaw. It was only Ravenpaw who was scared of him." (serious, but wanting to trust what he’s hearing)
(warrior) "I made your father a promise. Even though I would never be leader, I would never leave ThunderClan. I would always put the Clan first." (Older)
A Thunderclan Apprentice and she-cat who dislikes Firepaw. We are looking for someone that can sound rude/snide at times, but we are not looking for what people refer to as “valley girl”.
NOTE: Last time we had this role up, we had a lot of people audition who were under 13 OR with phone mics only for Sandpaw. Please do not apply to any role (but specifically mentioning it here) if you are under 13 or are using a phone’s mic.

“So here comes the new apprentice! He smells like a kittypet! Don’t tell me I’m going to have to share my nest with that revolting stench!” (derogatory, repulsed)
“We’re doing battle training today. He’s going to teach me how a real warrior fights,” (derogatory at firepaw for not being wild born)
(Older, warrior) "No more secrets. . . I promise to try to understand how important Spottedleaf is to you, but I need to be able to trust you." (stern, loving)
Auditioning under this role will put you on our radar if we need to recast a role. You may be asked in the future to read 1 or 2 more lines for us when auditioning for a specific character.
Medicine Cat (Adult) - “I never discovered what we might have meant to each other. . . But I know for sure that he and I could never have been mates. I was and always will be a medicine cat. That comes first, more than any cat that walks the forest.” (reminiscing and tender voiced, but confident)
Leader (Older Adult) “Are you afraid of WindClan? Or are you so used to cringing before StarClan that you won’t defy them and fight for the rights of your Clan? You disappoint me, you, out of all my warriors. How can I believe you will fight with all your strength when you question my order like this? You leave me no choice. I will lead this attack myself.” (Not yelling. This character is dignified and a long time leader. Quiet anger and disbelief)

Kitty pet - “Henry told me there are all sorts of dangerous animals out there. Huge wildcats who eat live rabbits for breakfast and sharpen their claws on old bones!” (exaggerated, story telling)
Senior Warrior - "If wishes were prey, we'd eat like lions come leaf-bare. But we'd die of boredom! You know that's not what the life of the Clans is like. The warrior code guides us through the dark times, the cold and the hunger. And the good times seem all the sweeter for it. Have faith, Bluestar. We'll survive." (comforting and wise)
Warrior - "This is not my Clan. Not any longer. ThunderClan is led by a kittypet, and there's nothing left to fight for. I feel no loyalty to ThunderClan. In the whole forest, the only cat worth following is Tigerstar." (Somewhat up to you. A mix of negative emotions like anger, disappointment, bitterness, disgust, just make it impactful)
