Jigen is master thief Arsène Lupin III's right-hand man and sharpshooter. He can perform a 0.3-second quick-draw, providing accuracy that borders on superhuman. With ease he can shoot skeet with a handgun, explode a missile before it hits by targeting the warhead, and deflect another bullet by shooting it in mid-flight.

Despite Jigen's gruff facade, he has an ironic sense of humor and genuinely enjoys participating in each caper with his partners. He is, by far, the more pragmatic of the group, with a cynical streak founded in failed romances (his luck with women runs from bad to worse, with love interests often betraying him or dying). He is always distrustful of Fujiko Mine and becomes irritated when Lupin goes along with one of her plans. Among Lupin's group, Jigen is the least apprehensive at taking human life. While he considers killing women and children taboo, 

Being a master of several classic Japanese martial arts, Goemon excels at Kenjutsu and Battōjutsu. Using his trademark Zantetsuken sword

Goemon shows allegiance to Japanese culture as strictly as his traveling and unique lifestyle can allow; he often travels on the exterior of vehicales at casual MPH, but will relent to riding normally in chases. He dresses in a hakama and fundoshi, and prefers wearing his hair long and somewhat unevenly cut. He only eats Japanese cuisine and is willing to fast rather than settle for any Western options. He is a firm believer in Buddhism and Shinto. Although he may toast with champagne, his drink of choice is sake. He occasionally has been seen smoking a kiseru and usually wears a Sugegasa style hat.

He's an archaeologist and member of the Nazi Ahnenerbe, dedicated to uncovering ancient secrets that could empower the Third Reich. The group killed Laetitia's grandfather when she was just an infant, dead-set unlocking the Bresson Diary and recovering the fabled Eclipse device for his Fuhrer. When her parents tried to flee, he killed them as well in a fatal car crash from which he saved the little girl who was still too young to know the depths of the plot surrounding her.

Gerald, in all basis, is a Nazi loyalist, who seeks to restore the Third Reich and has obsession on his Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler. He was part of the Pseudo scientific research organization, Ahnenerbe, and is extremely eager to find anything to help his goal of restoring the Reich. 

He is shown many times of being an incredibly violent individual, who cares little for the lives of others. This is shown when he told Lambert to kill Laetitia for finding out what their up to and that they have no use for her anymore. He even attempt to kill her by throwing her unconscious body out of the plane if Lambert does not do what he says. He also seems to care little of his men as he allowed them to die for his needs to find the eclipse and does not even acknowledge their efforts in helping him,

Zenigata has made it his life's mission to arrest Lupin.(lue-pawn) The other members of Lupin's gang are targeted for apprehension as well, but Zenigata usually ignores them when Lupin himself is present. Lupin and Zenigata appear to be the worst of enemies, but sometimes, they are, in a manner of speaking, friends; something Lupin shows openly (often by greeting Zenigata with mock affection), but it is an idea Zenigata is extremely reluctant to entertain.
