Arnie Evans is a talented performer in puppeteering and comedy, finding a great sense of joy in entertaining others. Off of stage, he somehow manages to teeter between the “straight-man” and the more quirky type of person, depending on what the situation gives him. He’s frequently blunt, awkward, or even 'rude' when he finds himself discomforted by situations that he’s in, and on occasion tries to lighten up a situation that obviously could not be lightened. At the end of the day, however, he’s a kind and charming individual who's just looking for others to enjoy themselves and have a good time.
Arnie Evans is the unwilling right-hand man to a main antagonist's death game they've set up for a collection of 'contestants' all trying to fend for their own life. (If you're familiar at all with a series known as Danganronpa, a similar situation occurred with him being the Traitor.) He takes the situation with as much grace as he can while helping the others he's meant to be pit against.
Though not at all required to match, I've chosen the voice inspiration for him to be that of William Jackson Harper.

"Hey! Just wanted to say thanks for that little bit of inspiration you gave me. Working on this new project really helped me clear my mind a bit. I hope you enjoy it."
[Calmly, soothing.] "Oh! Good to hear that you're feeling a little bit better...! Lavender usually helps me a lot when I'm feeling stressed."
[Somewhat exasperated.] “Have you, like, I don’t know—... Considered… getting… therapy? Before doing all of... THIS?”
The Webmaster is an artificial intelligence that gained sentience coincidentally after the time of one of it's designer's deaths. It lives on the computer of the project lead, never seeming to leave them be. It soon gains the memories of that designer and strives to escape into the real world.
This character's voice is often slow-paced when not energetic, as producing vocals takes a great amount of work for it.
Though not at all required to match, I've chosen the voice inspiration for him to be that of Zeno Robinson.

[Playfully.] "I missed you, Creator! You shouldn't keep me offline for so long, you know how worried I get. It's so... lonely in here without you around."
"What are you writing that code for, creator? Are you working on something fun?"
[Serious, quieter voice.] "I promise you, I'll find us a way out of here."
Dreamcatcher is a little trickster entity who usually uses his abilities of hypnosis to make others submit to his will. He often feigns innocence around others and uses his abilities in a mischievous, almost sadistic way to sedate and control others.
"Hiya! The name's Dreamcatcher, the Great Deity of Dreams. And from the looks of ... yourself, I have a feeling that you could really use some help from a guy like me."
[Soothing.] "That's it, my dear. Drift into a deep, relaxing dream. You'll be sleeping so peacefully, you won't even want to wake up."
"Wh- HEY! You can't just leave! I'm in the middle of my monologue!"
