This is going to be a concept album/concept soundtrack and is supposed to be a collection of songs written based on/taken straight out of the rough draft of a script for my story which I'm trying to animate and release to the public. this "concept soundtrack" as well as rough draft snippets, rough animated teasers, comics, concept art, etc. will be used to promote the story, gather a bit of a following and get people on board to help fund and produce the animated series.
General story
The story line follows a small group from ages 17 to 28 on their journey across the continent that seems like it's out to kill them. There's everything fantasy you can dream of from sorcerers, dragons, magics of all kinds, fairies, warlocks, elves and so much more! The main group of characters (Claret, Emek, Najmeh, Yonah, Liran and friends they meet along the way) are gifted a special assignment from the highest ranking Aurelian [Religious group that runs most governments in the western parts of the continent] Joost Domevlo, to aid the Queen of Selaris with a quick favour as her usual forces are occupied in a war overseas, little did they know this "little favour" would turn into a massive conspiracy that'd bring them across the continent.
Goal + What we're looking for
We're looking to do 9 songs (we might add some, we might remove some it really depends how many people we can get on board)
We're hoping to make decent songs, the type you'd put on your playlist, that capture the higher emotion scenes and tell the story we're trying to tell smoothly so we need voice actors, songwriters and music creators who are good at portraying these things, can handle constructive criticism and can work well with a team, we welcome all constructive feedback and encourage people of all skill levels to audition.
Voice actors are expected to have clear microphones with consistent audio
Song writers are expected to work well with a team an be able to convey emotions, personalities and story through 'show don't tell'
Musicians are expected to collaborate well with others to create a fitting soundtrack to back the vocals and fit the mood of the scene
After song completion the songs might be animated.
Voice actors might be reached out to in the future and invited to voice the same characters in the pilot.
